完徹しました
最近は一日８時間睡眠を目標としており、眠くなったら平気で夜10時ごろ床に入ってしまったりもする印南です。
が、昨晩はいいトシして完徹しちゃいました。
雑誌の校了というやつであり、編集部で夜明けを迎えてしまったわけです。
ただでさえ4時間睡眠が何日か続いていたので、さすがにキツいっす。
夕方からは取材あるしなー。
で、慰めついでにいま聴いてるのがこれです。
エヴリシング・バット・ザ・ガールの片割れ、ベン・ワットが1982年に発表した名作『North Marine Drive』でございます。

EBTGの『エデン』とトレイシー・ソーンの『A Distant SHore』とこの『North marine Drive』は、まさにチェリー・レッド・レーベルが生み出した秘宝。
いまの耳で聴いても全然古さを感じさせないのがスゲーです。
でね、このアルバムと『A Distant Shore』を含むEBTG関連全作品が、なんと紙ジャケ・リイシューされたんでヤンスすよ。
でね、この『North Marine Drive』は、なんと僕がライナーノーツを書いてるんでヤンスよ。
今年もいろいろライナーを書いたけど（いつも告知を忘れちゃうんですが、けっこー書いてます）、思い入れを含め、間違いなく最高の仕事だったな。
ホント、このアルバムのライナーを自分が書かせてもらえるだなんて夢みたいです。
だからね、買いなさい（まとめて5枚ぐらい）。
