午後の音楽
このところずっと、長い書きものをしている。
今日も同じ。
こういうときは、ネットラジオでクラシックを流しっぱなしにしていることが多い。
なんにも考えなくてすむので。
でも今日はなにか聴きたくて、棚からCDやレコードをちょこちょこ取り出している。
いま聴いているのはこれ。
ジャンクヤード・バンドの'94年作『Creepin' Thru Da Hoodz』。
Go Goという、ワシントンD.C.にしか存在しない土着ファンクの老舗グループである。
若いころの姿は、ランDMCの映画『タファー・ザン・レザー』でもちょろっと見られる。
Go Goは、同じビートが延々と反復される音楽である。
以前、車のなかでかけていたら息子から「時間が止まったみたいだからやめてくれ」といわれたことがあるが、今日のようによけいなことを考えたくないときにはピッタリ。
というか、書きものをしているといいながら二度も日記を更新している自分。
さては、行き詰まっているな！（そうだよ）
